Exclusion

These List compilation is made from the lists I had excluded at the beginning of the project. And then forgot about them. I just tidied my studio and found them, and my question is - Why have they been excluded? 

At the project beginnings I was more fixated on the items of the list and that they were food items, (although there is one list I retained with just a phone number on which I didn't exclude.) I am fairly sure I had plans to have the foreign language lists translated, which I didn't do since I forgot/lost the lists. But now it just seems (especially in the context of this week) as exclusive and prejudiced.
