Interest in Psychology and psychoanalysis.
Research for Motherhood project, looking at Mary Kelly, Laura Mulvey - their interest in Lacanian Pyschoanalysis, need for more research here so I can understand their concepts further.
Looking at words and the power of them. How they can create different narratives in different arrangements.
Already reading Freud’s “psychopathology of everyday life.’ For 3D project.
Also interested in Marketing, copy-writing techniques, and the influence on our perception, and utilisation of our perception. Fact vs fiction, testing this and our response, what do we believe to be true, making us feel uncomfortable. Presentation of a potentially false narrative.
Perception also linked to Gestalt theory.
